Service Subscription Requirements

• Registration with Bevatel requires the client’s full legal name, current address, mobile number, and email address.

• The following official documents must be provided to activate your subscription (A copy of the commercial registration - A copy of the business owner’s national ID - A copy of the company’s founding contract)

• Bevatel reserves the right to reject a new subscription request or terminate an existing account at its discretion.

• Bevatel also reserves the right to use email and mobile numbers as the primary communication channels with clients and users.

• Each client is fully responsible for their subscription account and password associated with their system or Bevatel account.

• Bevatel is not responsible for any issues that occur due to a client forgetting their account or system password.

Obligations and Responsibilities

• Clients using Bevatel’s services are fully responsible before Saudi authorities for all incoming and outgoing calls made through their unified number provided by Bevatel.

• Each client agrees not to misuse communication through the unified number in ways that violate Saudi laws or regulations.

• If a client violates any of the Terms of Use, Bevatel reserves the right to immediately terminate their subscription.

• The client acknowledges that Bevatel is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by the telecom provider.

General Provisions

• Before becoming a Bevatel client or user, you must read and agree to all the terms, conditions, and privacy policies related to Bevatel’s products and services.

• Bevatel applies its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.

• Bevatel provides full technical support to its clients via phone, WhatsApp, the company website, or email.

• Clients acknowledge that Bevatel has the right to modify its usage policies, privacy terms, and conditions, provided that such updates are published on the company’s website.

• Clients who continue using Bevatel’s services after any modification are considered to have accepted the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• Clients are prohibited from using Bevatel’s services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in any way that violates Saudi laws and regulations.

• Clients acknowledge that all calls are recorded and agree that Bevatel has the right to record them.

Limitation of Liability

• Bevatel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service or inability to use it — such as loss of profits, reputation, or data.

• Bevatel is not responsible for any harm or issues suffered by third parties due to a client’s misuse of our services or violation of Saudi laws or Bevatel’s Terms of Use.

• Bevatel ensures the security of its services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation by the telecom provider.

Waiver and Entire Agreement

• Failure by Bevatel to enforce any term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that right.

• Clients’ use of Bevatel’s services remains fully governed by these Terms of Use and the agreement between the company and its clients.

Payment of Fees and Subscriptions

• Clients must pay service subscription fees or product prices agreed upon in their contracts through one of Bevatel’s available payment methods.

Pricing and Subscription Fees

• Fees paid by clients are due to Bevatel for the specified amount and within the agreed payment deadline.

• Payments must be made in Saudi Riyals unless another arrangement is made between Bevatel and the client.

Taxes

• Service and product prices published by Bevatel on its website, email newsletters, or social media channels do not include the 15% VAT.

• All Bevatel services and products are subject to the current 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, which may be revised by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

Price Changes

• Bevatel’s service and product prices are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any new prices at least **30 days before** they take effect.

• Bevatel reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time, provided clients are informed at least **30 days before** their renewal date.

• New prices are announced on Bevatel’s website, social media pages, and via email newsletters.

• Bevatel is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by clients or third parties as a result of service or price changes.
