Return and Exchange Policy

Bevatel allows customers to return or exchange products under certain terms and conditions, outlined as follows:

Customers may cancel their subscription to any Bevatel service within a maximum of three days from activation. Subscription fees can be refunded; however, the service activation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds for subscription fees are processed at least 10 days after submitting the cancellation request.

For annual, semi-annual, or quarterly subscriptions, customers may cancel their plan at any time and receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Service Cancellation Policy

Bevatel provides its customers the ability to cancel services under specific terms and conditions, detailed below:

Products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of receipt. Bevatel accepts return requests if the customer wishes to exchange a product for another or return it entirely, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with the purchase receipt, and within the allowed return period.

Bevatel also accepts returns in cases where the product is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or different from what was ordered.

To return a product, it must not have been used, and must include all original packaging, accessories, and the receipt.

Customers may choose between exchanging the item for an identical one or receiving a refund, provided that the return conditions are met.

Bevatel’s technical team reviews and evaluates the product to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.

If the request is rejected due to unmet conditions, Bevatel will inform the customer and resend the product, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

However, if the product is counterfeit or defective, Bevatel will cover all return shipping costs.
